In a moving ceremony to Murray, remarks were offered by the Hon. John Ingram ’64, Former Commissioner, Board of Commissioners of Pilots of the State of New York; RADM Michael Alfultis; Captain John DeCruz ’92, President, NY Sandy Hook Pilots Association; and Commander John P. Donovan ’02, USNR. Murray’s son, Brennan, commemorated his father through a touching poem, which was included in the program. Several of Murray’s classmates and lacrosse teammates attended the ceremony and thoughtfully shared how their

time and experiences with their friend and fellow mariner would forever impact them.
