CLASS NOTES

Edward and Linda Villella are generously hosting a dinner party at their Manhattan Brownstone home kicking off the Class of 57's 65th Class Reunion this October. Edward Villella was Founder/ Artistic Director of the Miami City Ballet of international acclaim. His accomplishments include 12 honorary degrees, appointment by President Johnson to National Council of Arts, recipient of National Medal of Arts by President Clinton and recognition by the Dance Magazine Award(1965); an Emmy award (1976), from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences; the Capezio Award (1989); the National Medal of Arts (1997); and a Kennedy Center Honor for lifetime achievement (1997). While at Fort Schuyler, he was a Golden Gloves Boxer not to tangle with while Linda was a National Champion of Canada, World and Olympic competitor, Star of Ice Capades, Choreographer for Dorothy Hamill television specials.
