For Lindsay, mentoring has been a natural transition to support, encourage, challenge and guide individuals to see their true potential. Lindsay is a member of WISTA (Women International Shipping and Trading Association), WIMO’s (Women in Maritime Operations), the Nautical Institute, and the Houston/Galveston propeller clubs. She has spoken at numerous public engagements on the topic of women at sea. She works closely with the Houston maritime high schools to educate young men and women about the maritime industry.
